The PRUV Project held its International Symposium 2nd – 6th September 2019 at University of Warsaw. It was attended by over 130 students embarking on the Erasmus Mundus MSc (Humanitarian Action) programme offered by the Network for Humanitarian Action (NOHA).
Presentations covered each of the PRUV project’s themes including social capital, bottom-up approaches to protection, legal frameworks, human security and public health. Video of the presentations will be available here shortly.
An accompanying workshop was conducted with students whereby students were challenged to map the PRUV localities in Colombia, Kenya and Indonesia and identify risks, vulnerabilities and capacities in collaboration with PRUV project partners with considerable expertise in each of the regions.
